Welcome to my web site. I work from photos, still life set ups, and live models. I strive to paint unique and intense emotional pictures. Quite often I think about how we take for granted the things we see all the time, and forget how beautiful and precious life really is. A painting can stop the clock and show a moment in time that may be missed in our fast paced lives, which is one of the reasons why I decided it was important to sell copies of my art work so that others can enjoy it as well. I believe that a painting portrays depth and feeling.

Painting has truly taught me to be able to see things I had never opened my eyes to before. It's amazing how the world is all made up of shapes, and shapes within shapes. I concentrate a lot on shapes and values when I paint, and not what I'm painting, which allows me to paint anything I want, because I don't carry the fear about what I'm painting.

I try to stay very dedicated to my art, and have spent countless hours in workshops and painting classes always pushing myself to never stop learning and growing as an artist.

I absolutely love to draw and paint. Instructing is also very rewarding and beneficial to me. When I am passing on my knowledge about art, it gives me a great feeling especially to see the reward  it gives others. Seeing them smile when they look at what they have accomplished is very rewarding as an instructor.

I'm extremely grateful for my present and past instructors Gene Prokop, Ann Waeland, and Loriane Ure for all their support, encouragement, inspiration, and knowledge given to me, and of course my family and friends.

• April 6 & April 13, 6:30pm-10:00pm, and April 16 10:00am-1:30pm - Instructing at Pro's Art in Edmonton
• April 26, 10:00am- 3:00pm - Instructing a demonstration workshop in Sangudo with the Sangudo Art Club
• May 7, 10:00am-3:00pm - Instructing a demonstration workshop in Evansburg with the Evansburg Art Club
• Tuesdays from 1:00pm-4:00pm & Thursdays 12:00pm to 3:00pm - host painting and drawing classes out of my residence 2 days a week
• April 4 - Live model drawing classes with more to follow dates unknown yet
• April 9 - Showcasing my work at the night of the artists in Onoway
• June 10-13 - Taking courses from international guest instructor Gregg Kreutz
• September 10-12 -Taking courses from international guest instructor John Banovich
